The challenge

Every loan enquiry depended on someone from the team answering it, putting the quote together by hand and following it up. At the volume of enquiries coming in, that meant slow replies, proposals that took a while to arrive, and leads going cold before an agent could work them.

The solution

We built a bot that quotes the loan proposal automatically and sends it to the customer over WhatsApp instantly. From there it keeps the conversation going and qualifies the person according to how interested they are. Once the lead is ready, it lands in the CRM sorted and waiting for an agent to step in and simply close the deal.

The result

Immediate replies and leads that reach the team warm: automatic quotes over WhatsApp, qualification with no manual work, and agents spending their time closing rather than filtering.
