The challenge

The eye clinic ran its appointments out of the ERP, but had no automatic way to remind each patient of their visit. Without reminders came the no-shows and the appointments lost without warning, leaving the schedule out of date.

The solution

We built a system the clinic feeds with an Excel file exported from its ERP. From that data, the system automatically sends every patient a reminder the day before their appointment, where they can confirm or cancel. Each reply lands in the system's calendar instantly, so the team sees the real state of the schedule. It also takes an Excel of yearly reminders for the check-ups that repeat every year.

The result

Fewer no-shows and a schedule that stays current: automatic reminders, confirmations in real time, and annual check-ups covered without manual follow-up.
